HRM typically provides Orientation types of training to temporary employees. Orientation means providing new employees with basic information about the employer. Training programs are used to ensure that the new employee has the basic knowledge required to perform the job satisfactorily. Orientation and Training is a big part of that and is a responsibility that you as the Employer must own.
